Career
Danny Elfman created the soundtracks for the Sam Raimi Spider-Man films in 2002. Except for Spider-Man 3, for which he supplied a variety of soundtrack pieces. However, he did not write the music. Elfman returned to the stage in October 2013 to perform his vocal parts on a few Nightmare songs. Before Christmas tracks performed as part of a concert named Danny Elfman’s Music from Tim Burton’s Films. He wrote the music for the film Oz the Great and Powerful (2013). In addition, he and Brian Tyler collaborated on new music for Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015). Elfman provided the music for all three Fifty Shades of Grey films (2015–2018).
SCORE: A Film Music Documentary, a 2017 project, highlighted Ellman’s film scores. Also same year, he took over as composer for the DCEU’s Justice League.
