Jason Kelce addresses rumors that his brother Travis is dating Taylor Swift
Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce has been romantically linked to popstar Taylor Swift throughout the past week and the rumor clearly made its way to the ears of CBS broadcast commentator Ian Eagle.
After Kelce scored a touchdown early in the third quarter against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, Eagle made reference to Swift’s 2014 “Blank Spce” single, saying the Chiefs TE found “a blank space for the score.”

Kelce, 33, made his first move on Swift when he attended her concert over the summer. She rejected the tight end’s advances — a bracelet with his phone number — but seemingly caught wind of the NFL star’s relentless nature.
“She doesn’t meet anybody, or at least she didn’t want to meet me, so I took it personal,” Kelce said on his “New Heights” podcast co-hosted with brother Jason Kelce, who is the Philadelphia Eagles center.
Jason, 35, all but confirmed the rumors of Travis dating Swift when he played coy regarding the situation earlier this week during an interview.
Kelce missed the team’s season opener last week due to hyper-extending his knee and stood on the sideline as the Chiefs fell to the Detroit Lions in Week 1.
He finished the win over the Jaguars in his season debut with 26 receiving yards and a TD on four catches.
It’ll will probably take some time for Kelce to shake off the rust, but his presence was more than enough to give Kansas City a 17-9 win over Jacksonville.
Chiefs host the Chicago Bears next Sunday at Arrowhead Stadium in what is sure to be an easy win. Justin Fields and company are coming off an embarrassing loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
