Premier League game between Aston Villa and Wolves is briefly paused to allow Moussa Diaby and Rayan Ait-Nouri to break their fast during Ramadan

A brief stoppage took place for Iftar during the second half of the Premier League game between Aston Villa and Wolves to allow Moussa Diaby and Rayan Ait-Nouri to break their fast.

Iftar is the fast-breaking evening meal of Muslims in Ramadan at the time of adhan of the Maghrib prayer.

It is the second meal of the day for Muslims during Ramadan, with the daily fast beginning immediately after the pre-dawn meal of suhur.

Diaby and Ait-Nouri were both seen taking on fluids as the pause in play occurred.
